It is possible to get to the hotel from the center of the quarter through the V Caf\u00e9 on the second floor. You can enter the Kvartal center parking lot from Turu and Soola streets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">The hotel&#8217;s parking spaces are located on the P2 floor. The parking lot works automatically and is open 24 hours a day. Parking price for 24 hours \/ 25\u20ac.
