Lovely place with a great atmosphere and service. Our children made for us it like a gift - one night stay + SPA area + dinner at the restaurant. We really enjoyed it - when we arrived, at the room was champagne and also roses. The same during the dinner. Recommend this place!
All was good except that the hotel did not have potatoes in the breakfast menu My wife really likes potatoes. Room had a nice bubble bath and we had a very good three course dinner in the restaurant (it had potatoes)
We spent 2 days at VSPA with our 2 years old son. It is our third visit, and everything is just perfect, as usually. Probably the best SPA in Estonia. If I could, I would have stayed for months:) unfortunately it is not allowed to...More
Booked “Impressed by the best” package offered by the hotel, and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. Stayed for two nights and enjoyed all the pleasantries of Spa that is in the same building. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts are yummy and plentiful (with a glass of champagne early in the morning, yay!). Dinner at JOYCE restaurant was exceptionally good (extra thank you for the free Birthday Cake with candle). Loved every moment of our stay, even if a bit on the costly side. Would book again in a heartbeat! (next year maybe).
Very good service, nice and clean rooms, two free botles of water in room on arrival and gift for child at reception.Very nice and clean bed.Good location and whery nice pool with bar and lot of saunas.
The location is perfect, although we got a but confused and lost about the entrance from the parking lot & through the shopping mall at first, but got the hand of it very soon. The hotel is beautiful, staff super-super smiley and friendly. The rooms are spacious & feel very clean and luxurious (we stayed in the Deluxe room, the price difference wasn't that big). Slippers, enough towels & complimentary water bottles in the room, also bathrobes and a bag to take to the swimming & spa area. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in hotels - big selection of both warm foods, sandwich materials, coffee drinks & yogurts, granolas & even some sparkling wine! Would only wish it was until 11am, not 7-10 am. The rooms were very quiet.
As for the swimming & saunas area - LOVELY if you're travelling with kids. A big kiddie pool & a fun rubber duck race game for the small ones, my 2,5 year old spent most of the time there. And also - there is a big sandbox for kids in the relaxing area. Super good to go with small children, would definitely recommend, he had SO much fun. One big pool for bigger guests, 2-3 bubble baths, a lot of saunas & other amenities and a bar that wasn't too expensive are also there. But a warning: the floor os very slippery. It usually is a bit, but I've never had such a slippery floor in a spa swimming area before. My son fell (luckily missing a stone edge by a couple of inches, but slamming on his back really hard) and I almost fell twice, which is no fun, but as a heavily pregnant woman (:D), should be taken very seriously. They had "caution, slippery floor" signs absolutely everywhere, but I think they should do something about the tiles in the future. I saw many people slip and fall. So, TAKE SANDALS WITH YOU!
Will definitely visit again, one of the best spa experiences for sure.
Stayed for two nights and loved everything. I highly recommend! Staff was extremely friendly. Great location. I was surprised how warm it was in the water and sauna center. Good selection of saunas. Make sure when booking that you have access to both the sauna...More
Nice, clean rooms with good design. Having coffee machine in your room is great and not common in Estonia. Dont have to worry about possible noise, building quality is good. Breakfast is also various and quality. Recommend to add spa to have great jacuzzy and sauna experience.
