Christmas Campaign

Campaign Terms & Conditions:

• Organiser: The organiser of the “Give the gift of experiences and win a relaxing getaway at V Spa Hotel ✨every week✨!” campaign (hereinafter the Campaign) is V Spaahotell OÜ (hereinafter the Organiser).
• Period: The Campaign runs from 13.11.2025 at 00:00 until 23.12.2025 at 11:59 (inclusive).
• Participation: To participate, purchase a gift card from the V Spa Hotel e-shop and enter the campaign code JÕULUD25 at checkout.
• Draws: Interim prize draws take place on 20.11, 27.11, 4.12, 11.12 and 18.12 at 12:00. The grand prize draw takes place on 23.12.2025.
• All qualifying purchases made during the campaign period with the campaign code JÕULUD25 will participate in all subsequent weekly draws until the end of the campaign, including the grand prize draw.

Does the promo code JÕULUD25 apply to just one purchase, or can I buy multiple gift cards with this code?
You can use the JÕULUD25 code repeatedly throughout the campaign period. You may buy multiple gift cards in one purchase or across several separate purchases.

Do I have a higher chance of winning if I buy multiple gift cards?
Yes. Each eligible gift card = 1 raffle entry. More gift cards mean a higher chance of winning.

Do entries carry over to the weekly raffles?
Yes. An early purchase participates in all subsequent weekly raffles until the end of the campaign and in the grand prize draw on 23.12.2025.

Does the code give a discount?
No. The code marks your purchase as eligible for the raffle; no discount is applied.

Important: Returned or cancelled purchases do not participate in the raffle.

  The package includes:

  Healthy and abundant breakfast in hotel restaurant JOYCE
  Visit to the relaxation and sauna world of the largest spa in South Estonia
  Romantically decorated room
  A bottle of sparkling wine in the room upon arrival
  Romantic three-course dinner in hotel restaurant JOYCE
  Bathrobes and slippers in the room
  Complimentary entry to a nightclub in Tartu
  Redeemable from Monday to Sunday. The prize is issued as a gift card.
• Winner notification: Winners will be contacted via e-mail within 2 working days. The winner’s first name may be published in V Spa Hotel’s channels.
• Validity and use: The terms of use, validity period and booking conditions of the gift cards and package prizes follow the Organiser’s general terms and availability; blackout dates may apply. The prize is not exchangeable for cash.
• Returns: Returned or cancelled purchases do not participate in the draws. If a purchase is cancelled after a draw, the Organiser has the right to cancel the prize and draw a new winner.
• Personal data: The Organiser processes participants’ data for the purpose of conducting the campaign (draws, notifications). Data are stored only to the extent and for the duration necessary, in accordance with the privacy terms.
• Other conditions: The Organiser has the right to specify the terms or interrupt the campaign in the event of force majeure, notifying about this on the campaign page.
