The V Spa Hotel and Conference Center is located in a multifunctional business quarter in Tartu, with world-famous brand stores and cozy cafes, offering activities even for longer vacation days.


The V Conference center is located on the second floor of the hotel, with the main entrance situated at the corner of Aleksander and Soola streets. Guests arriving by private vehicle have the option to park their cars in the underground parking levels P1 or P2 of Kvartal Centre. Access to the parking area is available from both Turu and Soola streets. The parking facility operates automatically and is open 24/7, with fees in accordance with the pricing list of Kvartal Centre.
For those arriving from the parking lot, we kindly ask you to use the V hotel’s elevator to reach the second floor.

The V conference center located on the second floor of the hotel offers business clients conference and training rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology, as well as banquet halls that can accommodate up to 600 people standing together. We offer festive events with seating at round tables with a dance ensemble for 250 guests.

The halls can be connected to each other and give you the opportunity to prepare the most suitable room plan for your event. In cooperation with specialists in our field, we find the best technical and lighting solution based on the special wishes of your event.

The hotel also includes the restaurant JOYCE, which offers the best taste experiences from the cuisines of different continents, which has been recognized by the 2022 and 2023 Michelin Guide.

We appreciate the freshness of the ingredients and the uniqueness of the flavors in every dish prepared by our chefs. Depending on the event and the number of guests, we offer dining in the Joyce restaurant or in the conference center area.

We offer delicious coffee breaks to stimulate thinking during the training and conference days, and conference buffets for a hearty lunch. You are planning a reception and would like lighter snacks to accompany it. Of course, we will put together a separate menu if necessary. Festive receptions of longer duration, company events, jubilee and Christmas parties – we offer festive dinner buffets or festive menus as a course.
